I am a qualified and registered Counselling Psychotherapist providing individual and couples therapy from a Person-Centred approach.

I believe each person is unique, and I aim to provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, understood, and accepted. Together, we can explore the difficulties you may be experiencing and work at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

I work with adults experiencing a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, bereavement, trauma and PTSD, addiction, relationship difficulties and LGBTQI+ related concerns.

I also provide supervision across professions and am committed to supporting practitioners in their professional and personal development.

My approach is warm, compassionate and collaborative, with the therapeutic relationship at the heart of my work.

I have experience working across a range of settings, including HSE Primary Care, HSE Addiction Services and Pieta. I currently provide counselling through Galway City Counselling Services.
